Chronic Training Load (CTL) and Acute Training Load (ATL) modeled over 42-day and 7-day exponentially weighted windows. Form (TSB) = CTL minus ATL. The standard in performance science since Banister's original 1975 framework.
Percentage-of-1RM load suggestions derived from RPE using Tuchscherer's fatigue-adjusted lookup tables. Sport-specific coefficients allow accurate load prescriptions across rep ranges without testing a true 1RM.
