Periodized training, synthesized.

Training Operating System

Periodization, autoregulation, and Banister fatigue modeling. One system for lifters who already think in blocks.

Most apps count reps. Synthrs models what happens between them: chronic fatigue accumulating over weeks, acute load spiking after hard sessions, and the narrow window where adaptation actually occurs.

Not a gym tracker

A different category entirely.

While others count reps, Synthrs models fatigue, adapts load, and structures your entire training architecture.

Banister Impulse-Response ModelMorton et al., 1990 · Exercise physiology

Chronic Training Load (CTL) and Acute Training Load (ATL) modeled over 42-day and 7-day exponentially weighted windows. Form (TSB) = CTL minus ATL. The standard in performance science since Banister's original 1975 framework.

Tuchscherer RPE TablesReactive Training Systems, 2008 · Powerlifting

Percentage-of-1RM load suggestions derived from RPE using Tuchscherer's fatigue-adjusted lookup tables. Sport-specific coefficients allow accurate load prescriptions across rep ranges without testing a true 1RM.

Multi-Formula e1RM EngineEpley 1985 · Brzycki 1993 · Lombardi 1989 · Mayhew 1992 · O'Conner 1989

Five peer-reviewed estimated one-rep max formulas run in parallel on every logged set. Synthrs surfaces the formula most appropriate for your rep range and sport context, rather than locking you into one equation.
