Closed Beta

The core of the operating system. What we are building right now and what the first athletes are already testing.

  • 5-Level Planning

    Structure your training in a full hierarchy: Macrocycle, Mesocycle, Microcycle, Session, and Exercise. Every level connects to the next.

  • Set Logging with RPE

    Log weight, reps, and perceived effort on every set. The data that feeds the entire autoregulation system.

  • Banister Fatigue Model

    Chronic load (CTL), acute load (ATL), and form (TSB) calculated over exponential windows. The system knows when you are ready and when you need to back off.

  • Multi-Formula e1RM Engine

    Five peer-reviewed formulas calculate your estimated 1RM in parallel. Automatic selection based on your rep range and sport context.

  • Status Dashboard

    Your training state condensed on one screen: live TSB gauge, recovery index, current session, and weekly load.

  • Training History

    Every session logged, searchable, and filterable. Weekly activity pulse and full detail on every workout.

The system starts returning information you could not extract with a notebook or a spreadsheet alone.

  • e1RM Trends by Exercise

    Charts showing the evolution of your estimated max strength across weeks and blocks. Spot plateaus before they become obvious.

  • Muscle Volume Distribution

    Visualize how many weekly sets you dedicate to each muscle group. Identify imbalances and adjust your planning with data.

  • Fatigue-Based Load Recommendations

    The system suggests weight and intensity adjustments based on your accumulated fatigue and your recent response to training.

  • Block-to-Block Comparison

    Compare key metrics (total volume, average intensity, mean RPE, e1RM progression) across completed mesocycles.

v2.0 — Ecosystem

Synthrs stops being an individual app and becomes a platform. External data, team workflows, and an open ecosystem.

  • Wearable Integration

    HRV, sleep quality, and recovery data from Apple Watch, Garmin, and Whoop. More external signals for the fatigue model.

  • Coach Mode

    Plan and monitor training for other athletes. Share blocks, review sessions, and adjust load remotely.

  • Shareable Templates

    Publish and download full mesocycles created by other athletes or coaches. The community builds the program library.

  • Open API

    Documented endpoints for integrations with nutrition, sleep, or sports performance analysis tools.
